    Please Join Us for the 2019 RPIC Conference!


    The 2019 RPIC Region II Conference will be held in Binghamton, NY on September 18th and 19th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.  

    The RPIC Conference is an excellent opportunity for Community Action staff in Region II to hear from state and national experts in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Leadership, and Data to the network with colleagues from New York, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico.

    NYSCAA is pleased to welcome Ethan Chazin, MBA, of The Chazin Group, LLC as our Keynote Speaker for the 2019 RPIC Region II Conference! 

    The deadline to register for the conference is September 9, 2019

    Cancellations by 9/10/19:

    Cancellations must be in writing to events@nyscommunityaction.org. Any registration cancelled after 9/10/19 will be payable in full. Participants who neither attend nor cancel will be charged the full registration fee. If you cancel, you may send a substitute from your organization to attend.

    Event Details

    NYSCAA invites all Community Action Executive Director/CEO's to join us for the 2019 Executive Directors Seminar and Orientation.

    The ED Seminar will take place Wednesday, November 13th through Friday, November 15th at the Radisson Hotel in Corning, NY.

    This year's Executive Director Seminar will also feature a New Executive Director/CEO Orientation on November 13th. Executive Director's who have been in their role for 3 years or less are invited and encouraged to attend the Orientation. All CAA Executive Directors are invited to the Orientation and we would love to have you there!

    The preliminary CEO/ED Orientation and Seminar Agenda is now available!


    New ED Orientation/Seminar Registration: $200/person

    ED Seminar Registration: $150/person

    ED Orientation: $50/person
