NYSCAA member organizations will once again have FREE access to the Information Technology Help Desk for questions on IT related issues. Give us a call and we will do our best to help with your technical questions.
The schedule for the Help Desk is Tuesdays from 1-5 and Fridays from 9 -1. The help desk will be staffed by Phoebe Schimpf. You can also reach Phoebe at firstname.lastname@example.org should you need to contact her when the Help Desk is closed.
Help Desk issues can include general questions on PC's, Printing, Networking, Software, and many other topics. Staff will answer as many questions and offer as much time as is available, but please be prepared to limit individual inquiries to 15 minutes. Organizations with more complex issues can schedule dedicated time with the IT Specialist for consultation.
