Boy do we have a bunch of great items to share today - all related to food security.  First, there's a brand new SNAP cookbook - delicious and easy, affordable recipes!  There's a cool timeline that chronicles the history of the good food movement - bringing local, healthy and affordable food to your community year by year.  Along with the timeline, there's a great history of the importance of the local food movement - taking a look at food access, food justice, food sovereignty and how it's all connected.  Understanding the the various food related movements will help catalyze collective action so check it out.  And finally US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has released A Guide to Funding Opportunities and Incentives for Food Hubs and Food Systems:  How to Navigate the Funding Process.
