Join us, and our colleagues from non-profit, government, community-based organizations and businesses, to explore the intersection between health care and poverty at our 12th Annual Symposium on Poverty & Economic Security, March 14th in Troy NY.

Attendees will hear medical professionals, low income people and Community Action Agencies discuss the challenges and successes they have had in improving access to affordable, high quality health and dental health services. We will also provide an update on New York State’s new anti-poverty effort, the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative (ESPRI.)

As you may know, our Keynote Speaker this year is Mary Otto, author of “Teeth: The Story of Beauty, Inequality, and the Struggle for Oral Health in America.”  We are pleased that she has agreed to join us and look forward to hearing what she has to say.

if you are one of the first 100 registrants who complete their registration (including payment of the registration fee), you will receive a copy of her Audiobook “Teeth: The Story of Beauty, Inequality, and the Struggle for Oral Health in America.”

We hope that you are one of this first 100 attendees, and look forward to seeing you when we convene the 12th Annual Symposium on Poverty and Economic Security.
