Presenter: Phoebe Schimpf, Director of Technology, NYSCAA

Phoebe joined NYSCAA in 2013. Previously in her career, Phoebe worked at the Office of Children and Family Services, developing online trainings to reach a wide variety of groups, from caseworkers to office-workers. Before her work at OCFS, she was a business analyst, which gave her a firm grounding in creating business and technical requirements for software development. She has created many websites, working closely with the end users to develop an optimal design. Phoebe has extensive experience as a trainer in both online and traditional classrooms formats.
